( Still Around 1 Pm, At the Safe House:;)
( Inside , at the luxurious living room::);;
....The room fell silent as Siri continued, her voice calm and rational. "So, Dee, it's a little accident, the case wasn't too big because no one died... He only got injured, which makes it little."
She turned to Chan. "And Chan...he interfered in a fight that got nothing to do with him... Leading to his severe injures..."
Siri's eyes shifted to Vor. "And Vor, everyone is blaming the wrong person for the incident... ignoring the fact that he got injured after voluntarily interfering... with an ongoing fight.. which led to the common consequences of him getting injured severely..."
Her gaze turned to Nat. " And Nat... Someone could have died not only Wit but also us... if Wit wasn't nosy... then one of us could have gotten hurt or even died ... Let's keep in mind Nun also got pushed the exact way Wit was.... but luckily didn't get hurt... that doesn't mean anyone else would get lucky the second time... Thankfully Wit was unlucky right..."
She asked before getting interrupted by Nun, "What the h*ll are you trying to say."
"Me... ohh just helping you guys get straight to the point... or was I wrong..."
Siri asked calmly, "I didn't miss anything, did I?" She paused for a moment, surveying the room.
Nat jumped in, his words tumbling out quickly. "Right, so what about you..." But before he could finish, Siri turned the question on herself, her eyes locking onto her own reflection. "What about me?" she asked calmly. Nun cut in, her voice dripping with annoyance, "Your opinion. Get straight to the point."
Siri's calm demeanor didn't waver as she uttered the word, "Pathetic..." Dee's eyes narrowed, her voice laced with annoyance and confusion, "What..."
"Pathetic," Siri repeated, her voice still calm but laced with disdain.
"You all claim to hate him, yet you're fighting over him like he's some kind of prize. " She continues her voice firm,
"Oh, I'm sure he's absolutely crushed that you're all tearing each other apart after what happened to him...", Siri's gaze swept across the room, her eyes lingering on each of the Elite members, As she continues
The room fell silent, the air thick with tension. The Elite members exchanged uneasy glances, their faces a mix of guilt and defensiveness.
"..Or do you think his mom is feeling sad that we are being punished and our lives are being affected, after we did to him?" Siri says her voice fuilled with sarcasm.
" We??" Dee interferes her voice fuilled with annoyance
"Why are you annoyed?" Siri asked firmly, her hollow laugh punctuating the question. "Was that unjust?"
The room seemed to hold its breath as Dee's face reddened, her eyes flashing with anger. The other Elite members shifted uncomfortably in their seats, avoiding eye contact with each other. The tension was palpable, the silence oppressive, as if everyone was waiting for the next bomb to drop.
Siri's voice dripped with disdain. "You find it unjust that you're punished, yet you're so concerned about him? Shouldn't we make sure his punishment far exceeds ours? We should be the ones thriving, not him.
"You guys never cease to amaze me with your sense of reasoning..", Siri continues, her tone sharp. "You reap what you sow, and yet you're shedding tears for him?"
"Even if the seeds we sowed were bitter," Siri continued, her calm demeanor a stark contrast to her biting words, "shouldn't we at least try to savor the taste? Make our punishment enjoyable, and let him be the one crying. We should be smiling, not him,
The room remained tense for a moment before Nat spoke up, "You know, Siri, I think you're right. We shouldn't be the only ones getting punished. That guy got off way too lightly."
Vor nodded in agreement, "Yeah, and what about our parents' so-called deal?Do they really think we'll fall for that twice.."
Nun chimed in, her voice laced with sarcasm, "Yeah, because our parents' track record with promises is, like, totally flawless." The comment was met with stifled giggles, and Vor couldn't help but jump in, "Oh right, exactly like last time... Oh wait, Nun, didn't you totally fall for it last time?"
Nun's face turned bright red as she tried to save face, "Hey, I was just... you know... messing with them..."
The group smirked at Nun's embarrassment, and Dee teased, "Messing with them, huh?" Chan jumped in, "Exactly! ...And her face was a total mess when she found out the truth – priceless!" Vor chimed in,
"Yeah, she was just messing around... with her own expectations!" The teasing sent the group into hysterics.
The group laughed even harder, and Nun playfully rolled her eyes, "F**k you, Vor.".....
