The world is big, bigger than what is known by its inhabitants. However, on the part that the people know they're five Major Outlaw organizations which one shouldn't cross with. One of such groups of monsters is the Roman Cavalry, which has roots dating back to more than two thousand years ago.
Over the years, the Cavalry has continued to expand, and now, it is similar to that of the Roman Empire under Emperor Nero. Despite that fact, it is still recruiting people into its ranks; worse be it talented individual such as Ngirozi Shinji.
