Alex doesn't want to destroy the hotel, so he asks to fight in the stadium, Domus Flau. That place is wide, so they won't break some buildings nor hurt people.
But he also has another aim, gathering people's attention.
As planned, they gather people's attention as they walk toward the stadium because the whole Sabertooth is moving to the stadium.
People are asking the Sabertooth members at the back and the news of Alex's fight with Jiemma is spreading very quickly.
It even reaches the other Guilds and all of them quickly go to the stadium. Even the King and Princess are interested in it, so they also go there using the teleportation device that connects the castle and Domus Flau.
Soon, the stadium is filled with a lot of audience that wants to watch a battle between Alex and Jiemma. They don't know why these 2 want to fight, but they are more than happy to see some actions.
"Hey, old man! We're borrowing your stadium. If you need a rent fee, just bill it to this old dude." Alex shouts at the King impolitely, making people's jaws drop.
But they get even more surprised when the King answers. "Don't worry about it. Just give me a good show and I won't charge anything."
Just using the stadium to fight is nothing when Alex literally just saved this Kingdom. Besides, the King really enjoys battles between Mages. That's why he even became the referee himself, disguising himself as Mato just to watch the battles closely.
Alex and Jiemma stand across each other in the middle of the arena. They get ready to fight and everyone is silent while waiting for it to start.
There's no referee though, so they don't know how the battle will start. Until suddenly, a kid asks when it will start and they start moving.
Jiemma releases a strong shockwave from his body, so Alex jumps back a few times to dodge it. The ground around Jiemma is cracking and a big dent appears in the arena.
"Woah, be careful, man. You might receive fines for destroying the Kingdom's property. This is not a game event, so there's no sponsor to pay for the reparations."
Alex is smirking after dodging Jiemma's attack that doesn't have a really wide radius. He dodges without even transforming and his hands are put inside his pants' pockets.
"You talk too much." Jiemma gestures like he is throwing something with his right hand and Alex suddenly jumps to the left.
A really strong purple energy explosion suddenly happens on the arena wall behind where Alex stood before.
It is Jiemma's Blast Magic and it's strong enough to destroy the wall. At least he isn't just all talk about him being strong. But that doesn't mean he is the strongest.
"That sure was dangerous. But what could it do if it doesn't hit?" Alex smirks again, still hasn't transformed into anything.
Jiemma gets even more furious and starts using his Blast Magic to detonate the spot where Alex stands. But Alex always jumps away right before they explode as Jiemma keeps chasing him.
Sometimes Jiemma will throw explosive magic balls, detonate the ground, or shoot invisible shockwaves. But all of them are dodged by Alex who doesn't seem struggling at all.
Alex jumps around to dodge Jiemma's attack in his human form. He doesn't transform into any of the Tailed Beasts, yet Jiemma can't hit him at all no matter how fast the attacks are.
"Are you aiming properly, old man? Can't you shoot it faster? That seems weak, doesn't it? Oh no! I didn't go there, hahaha! Come on! Come on! Your attacks suck! Even babies can shoot magic better than you."
Alex keeps insulting Jiemma as he dodges all of Jiemma's attacks, making the old guy even more furious as he chases Alex while increasing his spells' speed and power, but they still fail to hit him.
"You can't even touch me in my normal form. Yet you claim you are the strongest. There's no way you can defeat me when I use my full power. If you demand your people to be the strongest, you yourself need to be the strongest too. A leader's role is to lead his people so they can reach their goal. You need to stand in the front and give an example. If you just demand things from them and order them around, then you are not a leader, but a slave owner or as I've told you before, just an insecure little bitch in the body of an old man."
Alex stops filtering his words and just directly says the B word. Now the audience seems to catch up that there was a problem in Sabertooth and Alex was involved in it.
"Come on! Your members fought me in my best form. You are just fighting me in my worst mode, so you should be able to do better than them." Alex smirks while taunting Jiemma again.
"SHUT UP, BRAT!" Jiemma is furious.
A very strong magic power is released from Jiemma's body, pressuring the normal people in the stadium, but it's still bearable.
Then Jiemma starts using bigger and stronger attacks to fight. He creates bigger and stronger explosions to make it impossible for Alex to dodge.
Yet Alex can still run and jump faster than his explosions or shockwaves. Alex never neglects his basic physical training, so he is still fast and strong even without transforming.
Then, coupled with his Rinne-Sharingan eye, he can see the attacks aimed at him in slow-motions and dodge them with his well-trained body.
Jiemma is so focused on throwing his attacks at Alex that he doesn't realize Alex has gotten very close to him. That's why he is so surprised when Alex suddenly appears in front of him.
Alex is tall, but Jiemma is much taller than him. He is only as tall as Jiemma's chest, as if he is a child in front of an adult. Yet, that child is the one dominating the battle.
Jiemma thought Alex would punch his stomach because Alex is clenching his fists. Yet Alex is kicking his right foot away, making him drop with his legs splitting.
As his body drops, Alex's right hook is already waiting. Alex sends a very strong hook punch right when Jiemma's face reach the same level as his face.
He is also using his legs to push and rotate his body to increase the hook punch's power. Alex needs to use this kind of technique to cause a lot of damage because even though he is strong, he is still not as strong as when he transform into the Tailed Beasts.
But at least he is strong enough to dislocate Jiemma's jaw. If he is transforming into any of the Tailed Beast, he would one-shot Jiemma. The most he can do against someone at Jiemma's level without transforming is knocking him down like this.
"Stand up! This is not over yet." Alex mocks Jiemma again while stepping back a little to let Jiemma stand.
Jiemma still seems eager to fight, looking from the way he stares daggers at Alex despite having his jaw dislocated and blood also drips from his lips.
Alex taunts Jiemma with his hand before jumping back to Jiemma, dodging the explosion Jiemma made while still crouching down, and then Alex kicks Jiemma's face, sending Jiemma fly a few meters back.
They keep doing this back and forth. Alex stands back, taunts Jiemma, dodges Jiemma's attacks, then attack Jiemma with a punch or kick when there are chances before moving back again.
Everyone watching knows that Alex is playing around with Jiemma. After all, he only uses a single punch or kick when attacking before deliberately stepping back when he can attack more.
It seems easy for him to do, but he really needs to concentrate because this is only possible thanks to his Rinne-Sharingan that help him see through all of Jiemma's attacks.
Without his Rinnegan, he wouldn't have it this easy without transforming into the Tailed Beasts. 1 mistake can hurt him badly, so he really needs to be careful with all of his moves.
Still, it shows just how vast the gap of power and skills between Alex and Jiemma. This really makes Jiemma feel humiliated and that's exactly what Alex wants.
In the end, Jiemma can't continue the fight anymore. He runs out of energy and the accumulated damage from all of Alex's attacks has made him unable to move.
Meanwhile, Alex's only injury is a bruise on his left hand that's caused by an explosion he dodged a little too late, so the impact still grazed him. Other than that, he only feels tired after moving around so much.
"This is the reality, old bitch. You are weak, and you won't get stronger. Do you know why? That's because you have no one you care about. People who have nothing to protect will be complacent and think they already have enough. But those with precious people to protect will keep doing their best to get better and better. I kept trying to improve myself and get stronger because I want to protect my friends and family. With all the dangers in the world, I know I need to keep getting stronger to protect them. But you have nothing that push you to surpass your limits. That's why we are different. That's why Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are different."
