Chapter 313: Tang San Learns the Tragic News

Hearing this, Yang Potian quickly asked, "Xiao Bai, do you know where another continent might be located?"

Xiao Bai looked puzzled. "Another continent? I've never heard of another continent existing."

Yang Potian explained, "We live on the Douluo Continent, right? But could there be a place even farther away than Hanhai City? Or perhaps a place that resembles it?"

After thinking for a long time, Xiao Bai finally said, "A long, long time ago, I traveled with Lord Sea God to a faraway place. The people there were similar to those on the Douluo Continent, but they seemed to rely more on tools."

"Yes, that's it! Do you remember how to get there?"

"It was so long ago—tens of thousands of years. I don't remember the exact route."

"Do you at least remember the general direction? Could you guide me there?"

After another pause, Xiao Bai replied, "I remember it was in the direction of the sunset, which is to say, the west."

"West. Xiao Bai, can you come with me?"

Xiao Bai quickly shook her head. "It's just too far. When Lord Sea God and I went, we traveled for a long time, and now I have to guard Sea God Island. I don't have the time to go that far."

Yang Potian sighed deeply at her response.

However, he thought carefully: the Sun-Moon Continent was vast, possibly larger than the Douluo Continent. And if the Douluo Star was indeed spherical, then by continually heading west, he should eventually reach the Sun-Moon Continent. Even if he overshot, he should circle back to the Douluo Continent.

With this plan set, he decided to fly west and see if he could indeed reach the Sun-Moon Continent.

Meanwhile, Bo Saixi arrived at Seagod Island's Furious Waves Abyss, her gaze filled with pity as she looked at Tang San and his companions.

After Tang San finished his day's training, he noticed Bo Saixi's unusual expression and asked, "Senior, why are you looking at me like that? Has something happened?"

Bo Saixi, with a rare expression of kindness, responded, "Tang San, are you fully prepared to stay on Sea God Island indefinitely? You understand that once you complete your trials, you will become part of Sea God Island, and those who join cannot leave."

Tang San didn't reply immediately, remaining silent.

Bo Saixi sighed. "Tang San, I've just received some tragic news. You might want to brace yourself."

"Senior Bo Saixi, please speak plainly. I can handle it."

Taking a deep breath, Bo Saixi said, "I just learned that the Haotian Clan is no more."

Tang San's face twisted with anger. "What do you mean by that? The Haotian Clan is gone? Even if you are my senior, you have no right to insult my clan."

"Tang San, calm down. From what I've heard, Bibi Dong of the Wuhun Empire personally led several Titled Douluo to attack the Haotian Clan. The clan has been destroyed, and it's likely that your father and uncle didn't survive."

Tang San's expression grew even more distorted. "That's impossible, Senior. You must be lying. The Haotian Clan has five Titled Douluo, and my uncle is at the ninety-seventh rank. Besides, we're close to both the Heaven Dou Imperial Clan and the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Clan. If any of us were attacked, we'd have support within half an hour."

Bo Saixi's expression softened slightly at Tang San's distress. "I only received this news recently. Yang Potian of Tianxing Academy said the Wuhun Empire attacked Heaven Dou City, the Haotian Clan, and the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Clan simultaneously. Only Ning Fengzhi and a few core disciples from the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Clan managed to escape. To capture the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Clan, the Wuhun Empire deployed five Titled Douluo and hundreds of Spirit Sages."

"Their forces against the Haotian Clan were even greater. It's unlikely your father and uncle managed to escape."

Tang San's face twisted even more with grief. "How can this be? Where is Yang Potian? I need to find him and ask him personally."

Bo Saixi sighed again. "Yang Potian came to Sea God Island merely to see Xiao Bai. He's already gone, but I don't believe he had any reason to lie to you."

Tears filled Tang San's eyes as his face contorted with sorrow and rage. "Yang Potian… He was the one who severed my father's arm, causing his strength to deteriorate. He played a part in my father's death."

"And Bibi Dong… Her cruelty annihilated the Haotian Clan. I swear, I will make her and the Wuhun Empire pay for this in blood."

With that, Tang San spat out a mouthful of blood and fainted.

Xiao Wu immediately held him close. "Brother San, don't do this. Senior Bo Saixi, please save him."

Bo Saixi merely shook her head, using her spirit power to lift Tang San and escort him away from Furious Waves Abyss.

Yang Potian, unaware of Tang San's reaction and indifferent to it, continued on. If it weren't for the fact that Sea God Island belonged to Lord Sea God—and out of respect for the love-obsessed Bo Saixi—he would have killed Tang San long ago.

But with Tang San's key allies gone, including the Haotian Clan and the Heaven Dou Empire, he now relied on just the Black Dragon King Di Tian and Bo Saixi. Bo Saixi was bound to Sea God Island, and Di Tian, with his sensitive identity, wouldn't easily intervene. And with Bibi Dong already out for Tang San, Yang Potian doubted he could do anything substantial without support.

Yang Potian continued his journey westward, soaring over an endless expanse of ocean. Occasionally, he sensed the presence of powerful spirit beasts and even encountered a couple of hundred-thousand-year-old beasts, but he ignored them, keeping to his course.

With his current strength, Yang Potian could fly tens of thousands of kilometers daily. Yet after three days, he had found nothing—no sign of the Sun-Moon Continent, not even a sizable island.

Flying over the ocean without landmarks or points of reference—except for the sun—made it difficult to stay oriented, let alone locate an entire continent. Given how vast the Sun-Moon Continent was, it seemed strange that even a slight deviation in his direction would cause him to miss it entirely.

Yang Potian thought for a moment. If he couldn't find the Sun-Moon Continent himself, Shura God likely knew where it was, given his position as the Divine Realm's law enforcer.

With that in mind, Yang Potian drew his Shura Demon Sword, infusing it with all his divine energy. The sword glowed with an intense red light, radiating an aura as fierce as a blood-red flame.

In the midst of this crimson glow, Yang Potian felt something guiding him—a faint pull from the northwest, roughly twenty degrees off his previous course.

Eyes now bright with determination, Yang Potian adjusted his path and sped northwest.
