Javier arrived back in the throne hall, the celebration still in full swing.
He glanced around and spotted Liana and the others at their table. She smiled when she saw him, and he made his way over.
"Young Master," Liana greeted, her voice warm as she gestured for him to sit.
Gloria adjusted her glasses and stood, the light catching the gold rims as she refilled his wine glass. Liana rose smoothly and moved to the buffet, returning with a plate piled high with roast meat, his favorite cut, still steaming.
"Young Master. Eat."
"Thank you, Liana, Gloria."
He looked toward Felicia, Mimi, and Delya. Felicia's tail swayed slowly as she watched him, Mimi was licking sauce from her fingers, and Delya was dreamily stirring her dessert. "You all aren't eating?"
"Husband~ we already ate while you were gone," Felicia reminded him gently. "Don't you remember? Before His Majesty summoned you?"
"Ah… right. My bad." He offered a sheepish grin, rubbing the back of his neck.
