After hours, the sky began to set.
Javier pressed the button on the elevating platform to lower himself back down. Once he reached the ground, he unbuckled the harness and packed away the connectors and gear into his dimensional storage.
When he turned around, Liana and Gloria were already standing there, waiting for him.
"Ah, sorry… I'm late. I was just finishing the last part and checking everything. I have to make sure the mana rocket works, and the mana satellite's ready to launch soon."
"What now, young master?" Liana asked, glancing up at the huge mana rocket.
"Hm? We just need to make sure nobody's nearby when this thing takes off. Even if it doesn't burn like a normal combustion rocket engine..." Javier paused as Liana tilted her head at him.
"Com…bust…engine?"
