In theory, at least nine super carriers need to be deployed for the Newland Navy to hope to achieve battlefield air superiority.
Regardless of other factors, even if the Forty-first Special Mixed Fleet does not defeat the Fifty-second Special Mixed Fleet and is fully attacked by the Newland Air Force after dawn, with all three carriers sunk, the Newland Navy would at most only capture Transfer Island, and would definitely be unable to occupy the entire Howay Islands before the end of the year. By the time the Imperial Navy completes deployment adjustments, especially after more than 10 decommissioned large carriers gradually regain combat capabilities, the Newland Navy will have to re-enter a contest for sea dominance with the Imperial Navy, at which point those five carriers will be entirely inadequate.
It is evident that the Newland Navy would eventually taste the bitterness of defeat.
