"You really do have quite the twisted sense of humor," Ronald said as he rubbed his temples and scanned the surroundings.
He had begun to understand what Lyle was thinking.
The spy leader of Entrod had not brought him to meet Rumi tonight for any practical benefit; it was merely a probe of his own attitude in this matter.
His gaze finally settled on Lyle's face.
Realizing everything, Ronald paused then spoke up at last,
"Is my attitude that important to you?"
"Extremely important!" Lyle responded without hesitation, before continuing, "Mr. Ronald, although I had gathered some information about you before, I always felt unsure about your actual situation."
"Today is a rare opportunity. While showing goodwill, I also get to see firsthand what kind of man you truly are."
