Krex is only a Level 7 Root Sovereign, so this battle wasn't going in his favor. However, regardless of the odds surrounding him, he was still alive and had managed to kill quite a few Tigerkins.
This alone shows Krex Nithal, the undying cockroach, lives up to his name.
However, while he was keeping his life by killing his fair share of enemies, he could sense the danger mounting, and as someone who is a survivalist, he had already started looking for ways to stay alive in the end.
It wasn't fear that made him look for ways to keep his life.
It is his nature as the undying cockroach.
Regardless of the situation, living, in the end, is what he prioritizes, and so far, he has been doing just that. Meanwhile, Kaizo was also finally feeling the heat of the battle.
