God had perfect features and fascinating eyes. Like a black hole, his pair of eyes were silent, ethereal, and enigmatic. As if you gaze at it, you would get drawn in and would never be able to escape.
"I was planning to play a game of cat and mouse," God said. "Now it looks like the mouse has gotten smarter and is attempting to hunt the cat."
He then paused.
His eyes blazed with deadly intent.
"I don't have time for games with Henry anymore," God continued. "I should focus on this place now rather than continue playing with him."
Twyla's heart suddenly throbbed.
She asked, "God, you mean..."
The voice of God came with chilling coldness as though from hell. "Tell Atzel to kill him."
"Yes, God." Twyla sighed with relief.
