Seeing this, Konoha's middle and upper ranks steeled their wills and gripped their weapons tightly, ready to face Kumo's Shinobi at any moment.
Naruto, however, had his eyes widen slightly as he felt a familiar Chakra approaching fast from behind their lines.
'So, he is finally here, huh?' Naruto thought to himself as his eyes returned to normal.
'But he needs a few more seconds to arrive.' Naruto thought as he eyed the Raikage that was ready to bounce forward and towards him and Jiraiya.
'Ready for our first introduction to the whole world, Kurumi?' Naruto asked her.
He is fairly certain that Kumo doesn't know he is the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki, based on how they interact with him. And he wanted to use something that could shock Kumo's Shinobi, so he could buy more time. At the same time, he only wanted what he was about to show to make waves outside Konoha, and that is it. Using his Wood Release or Sharingan will definitely cause him a lot of headaches inside and outside Konoha.
'Yes. Finally, this will be fun for as long as it lasts. I want to show the world I am still here.' Kurumi said with a smirk, making Naruto smirk as well.
"Something funny, brat?" A asked with anger seeping into his voice upon seeing Naruto smirk.
"Yeah. You don't have the right to demand anything, because if this goes down, no one is going back home the same.... That is, if you return home at all." Naruto said, his smirk widening, as he let Kurumi's Chakra loose.
The effect was instantaneous. Naruto's hair spiked wildly, his eyes turned deep red, and his pupils turned to vertical slits. His unmarked cheeks now had three thick whisker marks on each cheek. His smirk showed his fangs as they became longer and sharper. His nails became longer, thicker, and sharper. The red Chakra coat that covered him gained three chakra tails, one appeared after the other smoothly, as if this wasn't his first transformation.
When Kurumi's chakra first appeared, disbelief, fear, and horror appeared on Kumo's shinobi. The Chakra emitting from Naruto was filled with so much killing intent and hatred that it made the atmosphere very suffocating. The chakra was so potent and dense that it formed a mirage of the Kyuubi as if it were roaring at them.
Genin and Chunin in Kumo's ranks lost their will to fight as they had a look of despair, and many of them fell to the ground and onto their knees. Jonin were shaking where they stood from the potency of the Chakra and the killing intent. The ones that were affected the most were the few sensor shinobi in Kumo's ranks; they felt the full and sudden weight of the Kyuubi's chakra, knocking some of them out while the others vomited or fell to the ground, shaking uncontrollably.
Even in the ranks of Konoha, a lot of them had a look of fear and worry appear on their faces. Even though the chakra wasn't directed at them, most of them were present during the Kyuubi's rampage almost four years ago, and they are still mentally scarred from it.
A had a look of utter disbelief as sweat dripped down his face. He was severely blindsided by what he was seeing and feeling. He had been in the presence of the Hatchibi before, but just the Kyuubi chakra was so much more potent and far more malevolent.
A looked back at Bee, assuming at first that Bee had known that Naruto was a Jinchuuriki and hid the fact, only to find him in the same boat as him. The same look of surprise and disbelief appeared on Bee's face.
'Bee, this is bad.' Gyuki said to Bee. He, too, was surprised.
He had no idea that Naruto was a Jinchuuriki, as he didn't feel a trace from him. But here he is, one moment, he was looking at a kid with an absurd amount of chakra, and in the next moment, he was suddenly feeling the Kyuubi's entire presence from the boy. Something that blindsided him, as Bijuu could feel the presence of each other, let alone the Kyuubi that had the same amount of chakra as the rest of the other bijuu, if not more, something like that couldn't just appear from nowhere.
The Kyuubi is a whole different beast compared with the other bijuu after all.
'Bee, tell your brother to be extremely careful going forward. I myself don't know what that boy really is.' Gyuki warned Bee.
Before Bee could utter a word, another presence appeared on the field.
Hiruzen Sarutobi appeared near Jirayia, his Hokage robes absent and his battle attire fully revealed.
His appearance on the battlefield had an instant effect. Konoha ranks morale soared, while Kumo's tanked even more.
"~Brotha, eight-o is saying no. Bad idea, he presumes. ~" Bee rhymed in a low voice so that A would be the only one to hear him. He was rhyming even with the current situation as he was calming his nerves.
Bee was at first told by A not to go full Bijuu mode in Naruto's presence, as that would make him an easy target for Naruto's chains. So, he planned to use his first state of transformation along with Kenjutsu. And if he was pushed too hard, he would use the second state of transformation.
But Naruto being the Kyuubi's jinchuuriki had caused a huge problem, and Gyuki's warning made Bee hesitate to engage with Naruto. Hiruzen's appearance just sealed the deal.
"Hiruzen." A greeted, his lightning coat still active.
"A," Hiruzen replied
"That is quite the surprise you hid there." A said as he glanced at Naruto before looking back at Hiruzen.
"Yeah," Hiruzen replied as he didn't need to explain himself. Hiding military power is obvious.
"I want my Jinchuuriki back, Hiruzen." A demanded, but not as forceful as before. He knew that a battle now would be extremely hard to win, if not impossible. When he first arrived, he thought that they had the greater advantage, but the reveal of Naruto being the Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki and Hiruzen's arrival choked the chances of winning.
If a battle broke out, it would be a massacre for both sides.
"That can be arranged, but if this continues, then you can forget it," Hiruzen said blankly
"Where?" A asked. With the Lightning Daimyo's decision to cut his support to Kumo, along with the unspoken promise of a bloody battle if this continued, He had no other option other than negotiations.
"We meet in a neutral nation. Four days from now." Hiruzen said blankly, silently hoping that A agrees. But that also carried a hidden message. Kumo Shinobi are no longer welcomed in Konoha after what happened previously. Any meetings between them will be in a neutral territory.
A stood silent for a few moments, his lightning coat still crackling around him before it started to disappear.
"Agreed. Yugito better be kept safe till then." A said as his lightning coat disappeared, before turning around and starting to leave, followed closely by Bee.
The gathered Kumo Shinobi looked at each other for a second before they too followed their Kage.
As A picked up speed, his anger returned full force with a hint of helplessness, hatred, and resentment. Even if they didn't face defeat today from a military point of view, He had lost in every other way that counted. Along with their defeat in battle, where Yugito was captured. It left a very bitter taste in him.
