A Record of the World
This world is divided into twelve countries.
Among them exist the Beast Kingdom, Elf Kingdom, Demonic Kingdom, Dwarf Kingdom, and Dragonoid Kingdom. Two nations are ruled by mixed races, while the remaining lands belong to humans.
Yet among all these countries, one name is spoken with caution.
Selvia.
Though officially called a country, Selvia is closer to a village. Its land is small, its population smaller still. But size has never defined power in this world.
The people of Selvia possess blue blood.
Not a symbol. Not a title. Actual blue blood flowing through their veins.
Those born with it can wield a force known as Frova.
Magic exists across the world, but Frova is something entirely different. While magic relies on mana, a limited energy source that can be exhausted, Frova requires nothing. No mana. No catalyst. No preparation.
To a Frova user, releasing power is as natural as breathing.
Because of this, Selvia's people are regarded as the strongest race among all kingdoms.
However, even Frova is not without flaw.
There exists a special mana crystal. When a Selvia-born individual comes near it, their strength collapses completely, reducing them to a state weaker than insects.
Fortunately for Selvia, the location of this crystal is unknown.

On Magic
Magic users are rare.
Only one in a thousand people are born with normal magic.
Only one in ten thousand possess neutral magic.
Only one in one hundred thousand are capable of wielding offensive magic.
Those not born with magic are not entirely helpless. By studying spell books, anyone can learn magic. However, this path demands extreme patience and years of effort. Most abandon it long before mastering even the basics.

All nations follow the same coin system:

1 Diamond = 100 Gold
(Approximately equal to 100,000 euros or dollars)

1 Gold = 100 Silver

1 Silver = 1,000 Bronze
Power Classification
Strength is measured by symbolic ranks:

Sern (A Rank)
Diloxil (B Rank)
Wisk (C Rank)
Pero (D Rank)
Pamaio (E Rank)

These ranks determine one's standing, authority, and worth in this world.
