In the next moment, Natsu charged straight at Terror Lord, while Uchiha Sasuke unleashed a Lightning Release attack before even closing the distance.
Ron remained positioned at a distance. Before long, Nina and the others arrived.
Misty tore through the crowd of ordinary people, her body shifting into a half-human, half-tiger form. With every swipe of her claws, another ordinary person fell dead. These contaminated people, if detonated by Terror Lord, would transform into swarms of cockroaches. But when killed by external force, they simply collapsed to the ground—not as corpses, but as pools of foul-smelling liquid, their bodies rotting the instant they fell.
Ponzu stayed hidden in the shadows, sending out swarms of bees.

Stingers pierced into the bodies of the infected. They could not kill in a single strike, but the venom slowed their movements considerably. Another bee approached, carrying a small stone, and hurled it at an infected target.

A powerful explosion erupted. Turning the bees into bombs was undoubtedly the most lethal method, but Ponzu's supply of bees was limited. Against powerful enemies, explosive bees were effective, but wasting them on these weaker infected would be pointless. For now, her poison and impact tactics were enough.
Beside Shizuku, ice spears formed one after another. She seized one, aimed at an infected, and hurled it.

The spear pierced the back of the infected's skull, jutting out the front. Because of the freezing effect, the victim did not die instantly, staggering forward two or three steps before collapsing, its head shattering apart. Shizuku grabbed another spear, then another, then another…
Nina lifted a finger, manipulating the surroundings—solid, liquid, or gas—turning anything nearby into her weapons. Her kill rate was anything but slow.
Machi stood at the mouth of a street, her Nen threads stretched out. Any infected trying to pass through had to cross her traps, which none of them could handle.
Elita had somehow acquired a massive metal club, swinging it into infected like a baseball bat.
Ron continued observing Terror Lord's condition. Before engaging directly, he had used the Rat Card to perform divination. Neither he nor Nina's group were in any danger. Even so, now that they were facing Terror Lord, he found the fight tricky.
Natsu's flames inflicted heavy damage on the cockroaches but seemed to have little effect on Terror Lord's main body.
"Not only can he control vast numbers of cockroaches, his body can also dissipate a great deal of force," Ron noted. Natsu's punches were not something an ordinary A-rank Nen user could withstand easily, yet Terror Lord took them without difficulty—almost as if his body bled off the impact. But Natsu's attacks carried not just force, but also aura and fire.
Ron glanced toward Sasuke. Natsu attacked with fire; Sasuke with lightning. The two Nen beasts worked together against Terror Lord, but neither could deal significant damage. Conversely, Terror Lord could not harm them either.
The battle locked into a stalemate, but one that favored Ron's side. Forced to deal with Natsu and Sasuke, Terror Lord could not create more infected, while the existing ones dwindled under Nina's team's assault until only half remained.
Terror Lord was stalemated because he had no choice. Ron, however, chose to stalemate for tactical reasons. It was like a group of humans surrounding a beast already caught in a trap—they could kill it now but preferred to minimize cost.
"Still lacking intel," Ron thought. "Then we'll just test him one method at a time. Fire and lightning aren't very effective, so let's try something else."
Few Nen users, even in teams, could match Ron's variety of techniques.
"Six-Harmony Sphere!" he called.
He held the Six-Harmony Sphere in his hand.
"Storm Nen Blast!"
Upon impact, the blast split into countless sharp blades that spun around Terror Lord, the sound of metal cutting metal filling the air. Yet there was still no real damage.
"Again! Frost Nen Blast!"
A storm of snow and ice exploded from the point of impact, freezing the surrounding area solid.
"Corrosion Nen Blast! Explosion Nen Blast!"
Suddenly, Terror Lord's outer garments tore apart, revealing that his entire body was covered in a layer of golden armor, tightly interlocked like a full suit, even over the neck.
"A Nen tool?" Ron frowned, but something felt off. Whether it was an ability or a Nen tool, its defensive power was extremely high. The Six-Harmony Sphere's blasts, Natsu's flames, and Sasuke's lightning could not break through.
With a thought, Ron summoned another figure beside him—Killer Queen.
"First Bomb!"
Killer Queen's hand materialized a metal rod, and it charged toward Terror Lord. Seeing it, Terror Lord's eyes sharpened. He could tell Killer Queen's aura was weaker than Natsu's or Sasuke's, but the fact that Ron would send it in at this moment meant that this nen beast had something special prepared. If not, Ron would have simply kept firing Nen blasts.
