The following day, Till paced inside of his room anxiously, his fingers hovering over the ID of his borrowed commlink.
"He's - reasonable, right?" He asked Apollo, who paused in the action of washing a large paw and cocked his head as if he were giving a shrug.
Till groaned, taking a deep breath before pulling up the ID in front of him and switching it to a video feed, 'Maybe if he can see me it will soften him a little.' Till considered, with a shiver of doubt.
The call connected before he was able to calm the twist of anxiety that had knotted his insides, yet as soon as he caught sight of deep, blue sapphire eyes and an angelic face of inhuman perfection, smiling softly back at him, Till felt a wave of relief.
His lips pulled up into a crooked smile.
