"Why did you order me this?" Ren stared down at the pint glass with thinly veiled disgust and Ezra let out a loud peal of laughter.
"Wow! You should see your face, I didn't know you could make that kind of expression. It's a pint, Ren! I'm not trying to poison you." He wiped a tear from his warm, green eyes and Ren cringed at the cold glass filled with some kind of weak brown liquid with a foamy top.
"I didn't say you were, but what is it? A pint of what?" He asked, observing Ezra's actions of taking several large gulps until a third of his glass was empty.
Ezra set his glass down on the table and blinked at him incredulously, "Are you serious? You said you'd lived here for 11 years, how have you never had a pint of beer? It's basically our entire culture." He shook his head in dismay and Ren frowned delicately.
