Mo Shu's days have become quite peaceful. Apart from dealing with occasional visits from some relatives and friends, the rest of the time is spent raising the children and chatting with the Emperor during chess games.
The children are over six months old, surprisingly more active and smart than average. Not only can they sit by themselves now, but they also crawl around using their little hands.
Though they can't crawl for long yet, seeing the little things wearing a pair of bells crawling towards you fills your heart with pure contentment.
Today, the Emperor seems particularly leisurely. Not long after the morning court session, he arrived at Mo Shu's Princess Palace, and seeing his two adorable little grandchildren, he was all smiles.
Holding a baby bottle, he squatted on the sponge pad, coaxing, "Little Tangguan, come to Grandpa."
