Jiang Siyan clutched his phone, his voice cold. "There's something."
"Miss Cui has been wanting to contact you these days, but you've been playing dead and not responding, haven't you!"
Jiang Yongyuan simply didn't care about Jiang Siyan's matters or his narrow escape from a fire a few days ago; what always mattered to Jiang Yongyuan were his own interests.
"I've said it, I won't accept any blind dates you arrange anymore, don't waste your time."
On the other end of the phone, Jiang Yongyuan paused for two seconds and then said, "Siyan, don't you want to see your mom?"
"For years, that's the only threat you've used against me." Jiang Siyan's dark, narrow eyes turbulent with emotion, "Unless you let me talk to my mom on the phone, I won't let you push me around anymore!"
Having said that, Jiang Siyan promptly hung up the call.
On the other side, Jiang Yongyuan was so angry he paced back and forth in the study.
