Tristan's Point Of View
I was seething with uncontrollable rage and frustration. I had successfully eliminated the man who had caught me attempting to escape, but in the end my struggles had all been futile, because I had been captured anyway by another man, who had apparently been searching the bathroom near the front door.
He quickly seized me in a firm hold, clasping one hand over my mouth, and wrapping his other arm tightly around my arms and midsection, effectively restraining me with his overwhelming strength.
After he dragged me back into the living room where the rest of his cohorts were waiting, I immediately recognized the tall, imposing Alpha, clearly in command.
Upon looking at the intimidating man, I shuddered involuntarily as a nauseating memory resurfaced in my mind. Aside from occasionally seeing the man on TV, I had actually met the Alpha once before, after I came of age in the Delgaide facility.
