Nivalis's stats had already matched Rita's through For Her Perfection. Under the effect of Arrogance, her lowest attribute, Constitution, had climbed into double digits. She did not have Temporary Reallocation, but B80 did have a skill that could temporarily swap a target's four primary attributes.
B80 immediately swapped Nivalis's Constitution with her Agility. Her speed now crushed every player on the battlefield, as long as those players weren't using stat-doubling skills.
