Thane's driver cleared his throat, slicing into the tension, "Master Grayson, the truck driver is coming over." He announced.
Brooke looked at Thane, but he did not move or say anything. She clicked her tongue and turned her attention to the driver in front. "Go and ask him what he wants."
"Yes ma'am." The driver nodded and quickly stepped out of the car and met the other driver halfway.
He returned five minutes later the driver returned with news, "Mr and Mrs Grayson, he's said that his employer is willing to meet with you both." He informed them.
Brooke parted her lips to speak, but Thane cut her off, "Tell him we'll meet them, but I'm the one who decides the location."
The driver nodded sharply and left to relay the message.
Would that work though? If the person who helped her was just as influential as her husband, then would they really be okay with someone else choosing the location?
