The aids began spreading Tsa's propaganda, and so what once started out as a simple rumor, had come back around full circle, now posters, and announcers spread across the continent like wildfire.
However, the aids weren't nearly united with Tsa in this endeavor. Some were, but the majority of them weren't. And so, as the propaganda spread around, two of the Aids dawned a particular set of outfits, and set out together.
"We should have done this earlier."
"Huh, how could we have done this? The propaganda hadn't even been made yet."
"I don't mean that. I've wanted to move to Tus Nadair for a long time now."
"Oh, that, well it's a good thing we left when we did then. Before they close all of their borders."
"Let's hope we arrive, and do so safely."
"As long as we can make it to the border, alive, their mages will heal us."
"True, and there's always someone out on patrol, at least according to the reports."
"Yeah, I've only heard stories, ever since I was a child. I've wanted to see this place for myself…"
"It's sure to be a shock. A place where no one feels down, and everyone does their utmost to be proper upstanding citizens."
"I heard that their population is utterly massive."
"It is, not even Tsa can comprehend it. They just have so many people. He thinks it's a joke, saying things like: "There's no way, that's too many people!" Or, "How is that even possible, they'd need to basically never not, be rearing offspring." It's rather funny seeing his reactions to it."
"So, do you believe it?"
"Of course I do, I knew it instantly the moment my grandmother showed me the high standards for physical health in Tus Nadair. Even if that was most of it, I can say for certain, that even rearing a child, as dangerous as it is, would barely be an inconvenience for them… Of course, I'll have trouble at first. But supposedly there's a program to bring outsiders up to speed, I'm definitely taking it."
"So you want kids then?"
"Yes! I really do. And I know just who's going to help me with that."
"Well… As long as you're certain about that then."
"I am…"
The pair of lovers arrived at the heavily guarded border… The scene unfolded before them, and an indescribable feeling filled them.
"It's like walking into another world altogether."
"I feel, so, relaxed, and also, energized?"
The sound of flapping wings reached the pair, a man, wearing guard armor landed and scanned the two intruders. "Hmm, so you're from that deviant country then? I see, what is your business here?"
The pair of lovers stripped down to the traditional Nadairian fashion, the young woman in a chestless dress with as brilliant of colors as she could find from Tsa's nation, the young man wore a similarly revealing garment.
"Please sir, we have long wanted to move here, and start a family. We also have some news to deliver about Tsa."
The guard sighed at the man's request. "If you're that serious about it, come with me and report it to the madam guard. Also, you should let her speak instead. The madam can be a little, well, forceful. I say this for your own good."
"That should be fine."

In a room filled with as much nature as possible, a woman lay prone, facing the newcomers, vines wriggled around her naked body. "..." She wasn't speaking yet, and insisted upon waiting for a few moments. If they are to move here, they should get used to this much nudity. After all, it's basically two different worlds, even in that idiot dragon's nation. She sighed, then giggled.
"So you two wish to move here, do you?"
"That's right! I've wanted to move here ever since my grandmother told me about this place."
"I see, it seems like you don't have any elven blood in your veins, which means even if you tried to use their lullaby, it wouldn't work out so well. I guess I can't fault you for not already being here." She moved the vines exposing everything and even accentuating what was there. "Now then, prove to me that you wish to live here. Do this and I'll ask my mother to see you." And now she waited.
"Prove-" Both of them were confused about what it would take. Until the young woman removed the final bits of clothing, she was now fully bare to the world. Her lover was stunned for a moment, but decided to follow suit.
"Good, while I appreciate your desire to dress like us, those shoddy rags were barely good enough to count as imitations. Now then, walk through this portal and you'll meet with Mother, our All Mother. You can tell her about that other matter you've come here with."
"Thank you so much." The lovers bowed.
"Yeah, yeah, you're not the first ones to arrive here in my homeland. I recommend that you find a family here willing to accept both of you. There are plenty of them around who want larger families, and they'll help get you into shape." The woman smirked. "They'll also help you learn about all of our customs, culture and the like." She stretched, and gave the man who gilded the pair of lovers over, a glance.

Through the portal the pair of lovers walked. They arrived in what was clearly a bath house.
"Oh, I had heard rumors about this being a part of the welcoming. So that's why we had to strip?"
"No, you had to come to me bearing everything, your mother is the one you shouldn't hide anything from, after all."
The sound of her voice entranced the room. She spoke while playing with some of the children who'd arrived earlier. The families were of all different types, yet not a single one of them was given special treatment… Though the only reason for that was that special treatment here would mean that Night Silver didn't love all of the children who loved and worshiped her… An unthinkable situation.
"Hmm-" She strode away from the children so they could play together, and so she could see the new people. "Oh wow, you two aren't wed yet. Do you want to be?"
"YES!" They sounded off in unison, then blushed.
"Pfft, so cute. Come and allow me to properly welcome you, welcome you home that is." She giggled. "And then after, you'll be recognized as a couple."
