Night Silver smiled, and something stirred in her once more. The end of the ones who attacked her babies, was here at last. "Now, all that's left is to properly punish them." She had already appeared where the fighting had taken place. "Bring the seven bodies back to the cliff. I'll bring this other one back personally." She made signs as if she was about to cast a spell.
Anastasi and the other dragons retreated to the cliff, while Brightness stayed behind. He looked a little embarrassed about what he did. "I'm sorry, I didn't expect her to explode like that."
"No, it's fine. It was actually kinda hot." … "Brighty, when we're done punishing these fools… I want another baby."
"Huh? But-"
"I know, we had agreed that the two of us were done with that once Undine could no longer be with us." She said, biting her lip. "But, this whole event has made one thing clear to me. I don't want to wait anymore."
"I see… I understand. But what will our children think about it?"
"I'm sure they'll love having some more little siblings." She giggled. "Besides, even if you don't want to father more, I'll find someone who's proven themselves worthy from among Tus Nadair. So there's no pressure on you specifically."
"No, that's not what I meant. It's Undine, would she be alright with this?"
Night Silver tilted her head back, and looked to the sky. She took a deep breath, and smiled. The memory of that day when Undine could no longer do it herself, played in her mind. "I think she's mad at me for not continuing to have more…"
Brightness chuckled. "Yeah right, she could never have been with you. The two of you were closer than sisters…" I see, so that's why she thinks it's alright… Then I won't hold back once we return. "If you're this adamant about it… What's a man to do but relent to his woman?"
"I'm glad you see things my way, darling." She paused, noticing a bit of wonder and worry in her man's gaze. She dismissed it for now, in a manner that made it clear his worries would have to come later. Her spell had finished charging, she cast it.
This particular resurrection spell drained mana like crazy. It was akin to blowing up a dam and releasing all of the water said structure held back. It was a modified version of her spell, [Nature's Blessed Resurrection], the modification this time being one where her target would lose their life force, or levels.
Soon, a woman, completely unconscious, appeared in the center of the crater. This was the guild master of the Eight Greed Kings. She was now roughly equivalent to a level 93, but, unconscious, she might as well have been a helpless infant. Throwing her over his shoulder, Brightness carried the unconscious evil woman back to the cliff, where punishment would begin in full swing.
"Alright, everyone, I'd like to cause maximum suffering to these foolish ones who'd dare…" She stopped speaking to hold in her anger, just the thought of what happened was enough to send her raging. Who could dare to attack such adorable children? Sick freaks, that's who. "So, I'm going to cast a resurrection on all of them. They'll be much weaker this time. I'm thinking… How about you devour their bodies while Anastasi keeps them alive with healing?"
A few of the dragons smirked. Anastasi being one of them. "Sister, that's hardcore… I love it." Oh how I love my big sister! Such a turn on! Oh!
With the first plan well understood, they began to administer punishment to the vile cretins. It all began once Night Silver brought the remaining seven bastards back to life. The sounds of their screams of abject agony filled her with pleasure. Huh? I didn't realize I would get horny from this? Ugh, I'm going to need a woman in my bed, Brighty's manliness isn't won't be enough this time. I need to touch and be touched by a woman too. Oh! Such a glorious feeling.
The Greed Kings, eventually succumbed to death once more after several minutes of beautiful screams. However, this didn't save them from torment, for they were brought back to life once again, only this time, they suffered a new way to die. This happened over, and over, each time it brought Night Silver to greater heights of ecstasy.
Her children who watched in delight, had a deeper respect for their beloved mother. She is willing to go to such lengths for daring to harm their family. Nothing else matters, their mother was doing this for them. Some did notice that their mother had that same feeling she did just before they found out they'd have more siblings… This put another huge smile on the youngest ones when they found out they might not be the youngest again. But the thing they all wanted, more than anything, was a chance to nurse once more. For them, it wasn't seen as a negative. It was the Nadairian way.
After nearly two hours, the Eight Greed Kings, once powerful beings, one could equate to a god, were now even weaker than some of the children in Tus Nadair. The sight was pathetic to say the least. Though, not a single soul would spare any pity for them.
One managed to speak up… "Heh, killing us, will just turn our city against you." The woman coughed.
"No, it won't. My brother-in-law and his compatriots have already taken over your castle, and settled all of the disputes by announcing your crimes to the public." Night Silver grinned. "On top of that, I sent enough relief supplies to make it clear just how powerful my nation truly is. Even the Dragon Mother doesn't dare to attack me. She learned that lesson the hard way once before." … "But now, she has no reason to, we're all friends now. And I suppose that's thanks to you."
"A curse-" The woman, leader of the Eight Greed Kings, suddenly had a hand around her neck, and another, caressing her heart.
"I know what you're trying to do. You might not be high enough level for it to work properly, but that doesn't matter to me. I won't let you utter any curses. You have no right to do so… Not after how you senselessly killed others." She ripped out a still beating heart, blood pumping out with each beat, until… It didn't. Then she slew the rest of them. "I don't care what you do with their bodies, but I'm hijacking their inven… Huh, what are these things?"
