"What an incredible battle. For Frieza to raise his strength by so much in such a short time, that's truly unexpected. And it seems he's still hiding an even greater power." Whis praised Frieza's strength as he sipped his tea.
Back then, when the God of Destruction Beerus had ordered Frieza to act as a proxy God of Destruction, it had only been to ensure that, during his long slumber, Universe 7's quota of destroyed planets wouldn't fall behind.
Who would have thought that Frieza's potential would be so astonishing, that he would grow to this level in such a short span?
"But compared to Frieza, this Saiyan is even more incredible."

As an Angel, without a God of Destruction, he could only stay on the God of Destruction's Planet.
And once there was a God of Destruction candidate, he too would be free; at least, when the official God of Destruction was asleep, he wouldn't have to stay on the God of Destruction's Planet all the time.

Golden energy formed an invisible barrier around his entire body. The overwhelming pressure burst in all directions, shaking the world itself.
The entire Earth, the entire Milky Way, quaked from this heaven-defying power.
All who were watching were terrified by this astonishing aura, drenched in sweat, dumbstruck.
The process of ascending from Super Saiyan 2 to Super Saiyan 3; what a spectacular, thrilling sight.
Talot's golden upright hair kept growing longer, until it reached his waist. His eyebrows disappeared, his brow ridge seemed forcibly altered and lowered, his whole expression cold and ruthless, like that of a villain.
Super Saiyan 3, achieved!
Once the transformation stabilized, Talot stood tall in the void like an undefeated golden-haired war god, thick lightning bolts swirling around him.
At this moment, his power level had skyrocketed to a terrifying level.
Through the battle with Frieza, his potential had been drawn out. With his successful breakthrough into Super Saiyan 3, his base form's power level had already surpassed 100 million!
Now, under the boost of Super Saiyan 3, Talot's power level had soared past 40 billion!
Just standing there, the sheer pressure of his aura alone was enough to crush a person to death!
And this power level could not be compared to simply reaching the same number at Super Saiyan 2.
This was a qualitative change in energy!

Because he had a tail, there was none of the aura leakage issue that the original work's Goku had faced due to lacking a tail.
