Nathan didn't know the reason, but he suddenly felt something bad. There was an emptiness in his heart for some reason.
"What… is going on?" Nathan looked around.
"Master." Mae's expression turned solemn. "Your karma flickered just now."
"Flickered? Is that bad?" Bella panicked. She didn't want to use this anymore, thinking it was harming Nathan.
Mae looked down, contemplating. "Let me sort everything in order first. First of all, do you know that your karma has increased even further, Master?"
"Is that so?" Nathan tilted his head. "I don't know the value of my karma."
"Well, the amount is not really big, but it may be just an illusion where actually the value of your karma is so big that the amount that increases doesn't look that big.
"As you know, there is good karma and bad karma. Good karma stems from positive, selfless actions and intentions, leading to happiness. Meanwhile, bad karma arises from negative, harmful deeds, causing suffering.
