A dense black fog seeped out from the cracks on his body, Seron's flesh quivering, veins bulging, as if countless insects and snakes were writhing within him, transforming his body.

Seron cried out in agony, raising his arms high, looking up at the scarlet blood moon in the sky, behind him, a dozen Elf Elders whispered their chants, blending with the hissing of spider monsters, forming a bizarre concerto.
