As soon as the watch landed in his hand, it lit up. At that exact moment, all the Rider Watches across the 9-5 Do shop of 2019 began to glow in sequence. One by one, they tore through time and space, surrounding Sougo in a brilliant storm of energy.
Bathed in the lights of more than a dozen colors, Sougo instinctively extended his other empty hand.
The radiant lights converged, forming a thick golden watch at least four to five centimeters wide—

"This feels... amazing!" Sougo grinned and fastened the belt around his waist.

As he pressed the button, the helmets of all the Heisei Main Riders emerged from both sides of the watch.

With each transformation sound, a golden palace rose behind Sougo, flanked by twenty stone statues—each representing a Heisei Main Rider. As the stone chipped away and crumbled, their Rider suits were revealed one by one.

The Heisei Riders' suits materialized around Sougo, piece by piece, each locking into place like sacred armor. The final piece—the King's Crest—rested on his helmet, and a towering sculpture behind him raised a massive golden emblem.
[Celebrate! Kamen Rider Grand Zi-O!]
"Damn, that's badass!" Gates couldn't help but feel jealous as he watched the dazzling transformation.
"Sugoi! I feel overflowing with power!" Sougo said in awe.
"Congratulations!" Woz stepped to his usual spot behind Sougo, beaming. "No need for me to say more!"
"Feel this moment!" Grandpa Woz cried out, looking up at the sky.
"Though the embossed armor looks a bit weird, the transformation effects are way too long, and the power's not as overwhelming as expected… I have to admit—it's still awesome!" Ryuga said.
"So the point of Kamen Riders is no longer power, but transformation effects and aesthetics?" Ora mocked.
"You're catching on," Ryuga smirked. "Now you know why the villains you create keep losing, don't you?"
Ora: "…"
"It's time to go full throttle, Grand Zi-O! Let loose, Sougo!" Ryuga shouted.
After all, this might be the only time he could unleash his full potential. If he didn't take advantage now, there might never be another chance…
"Alright! Let's start with this!" Sougo tapped the Build emblem embedded on his chest.
These emblems allowed him to summon any Heisei Rider at a specific moment in time, or call forth their exclusive weapons—even manipulate time itself using the King of Time emblem.
[Build!]
A golden space-time gate marked 2017 opened overhead, and Build flew out mid-Formula Kick, striking down the enemies in his path.
[Kuuga!]
From a gate marked 2000, Kuuga appeared in his Titan form and delivered his explosive finisher—a nuclear kick.
The two Riders annihilated all of the Mole Demon Gods in a single strike, leaving behind only one—the lone Another Den-O.
[Kuuga!]
"Hah!"
Sougo activated the Titan Sword form, slashing at the last enemy standing.
"Next!"
[OOO!]
OOO emerged from a 2010 gate with his Mantis legs ready. He pierced through the rings of time and delivered a sharp kick to Another Den-O.
"Rewind time!"
But it wasn't over. Sougo activated the Grand Zi-O emblem. Time reversed, pulling Another Den-O back before OOO's attack struck, freezing him mid-air in a helpless state.
Ora: "Is this psychological torture? Just to hit him again?!"
"He's definitely got the makings of a Demon King," Gates muttered as he de-transformed and joined Ryuga to watch.
[Build!]
[FullFullMatch Desu!]
Sougo pulled out Build's FullFull RabbitTank bottle and fired a massive shot.
[FullFullMatch Break!]
Simultaneously, OOO—still stuck mid-air—was kicked back down again.
"Ahhh!"
"Rewind time!"
Another Den-O: Please, I'm begging you. Show some mercy!
[Gaim!]
[One-Ten-Hundred-Thousand-TenThousand! Orange Charge!]
Gaim burst through the 2013 gate, slicing through with Naginata Musou Saber and finishing Another Den-O for the third time.
"Am I... finally going to die?" Another Den-O sighed with hope.
"Rewind time!"
Another Den-O: "I *@#&%$!"
"Let me try now!" Momotaros couldn't resist. He pulled out the Den-O belt and attempted to transform—
Only to collapse screaming.
"Aaaaaghhhhhh!"
"You gave the Den-O power to His Majesty the Demon King. You can't transform anymore," Woz explained calmly.
"Oh?!"
Momotaros froze, then dramatically fell to the ground. "Nooo! Not fair!"
"Let me use this then!" Sougo said quickly.
[Den-O!]
A weak-looking Den-O walked out from the 2007 gate.
"That's the one!" Momotaros lit up and jumped into the body of Den-O.
"The real uncle is back!" Den-O shouted, newly invigorated.
"Let's go all out!" Momotaros called, pulling out the phone-shaped K-Taros and dialing:

Urataros, Kintaros, and Ryutaros, trapped somewhere on the Time Train, instantly responded to the call and possessed Den-O's body.
The nightmare of every villain had returned—Kamen Rider Den-O Climax Form!
"Yay! Long time no see!" Ryutaros cheered.
"Hey, you stepped on my foot!" shouted Kintaros.
"It's cramped, okay?!" Urataros argued.
"So noisy!"
"Go, go! Let's finish this!"
"Prepare to witness our full power!"

Their Electric Shredder turned into a rainbow beam, slicing through Another Den-O in a single strike.
"I'll end this properly now!" Sougo said, ready to unleash the final blow.

This finisher summoned all twenty Heisei Riders to perform their ultimate moves together. Unfortunately for Another Den-O, he wasn't as "lucky" as Another Kuuga—who had miraculously survived one such onslaught.
Another Kuuga: Lucky?! I got kicked twenty times!
Another Den-O wasn't so fortunate either. Though Sougo only summoned a few Riders this time, he included a critical one—
