( Okay, I will manage with him but what is the target of mission. Is it some kind of beast or investigation? I am hoping it is some kind of beast because I haven't received any thrilling missions or missions at all. )- Alex smiled imagining the face of annoyed Tom when reading this message he is typing now.
( It is supposedly a investigation but it may turn into a bears hunt later on. You must call the whole team if you discovered about some beast there. We are busy as there are quite a lot of mission about beasts near the boundaries of town. But someone of us who will be near will come to aid you. And combined with your dodging ability along with his attacking power, it would be a good combo to work as a team. I will text you the address in a minute where this mission and another location where you two can meet. - Tom ) reading this message, Alex was more than intrigued because this time and so much focus on boundaries for beasts were bad signs.
Alex was now thinking what could have caused this and there were so many possibilities that he could decide on one.
'Is it beast invasion of first Volume, or dark psychics looking for people to target? Oh! It can also be adopted prince plotting from inside the city.'

Just as Alex was so absorbed into his thinking on grasping more about plot changes and possible things, this message arrived.
This address seemed a little familiar to Alex as though he had remembered it from somewhere, but his memory wasn't the sharpest one in remembering that much little details about novels because he hadn't just read only one novel but god knows how many in his life.
"Those cliches in all novel really made it tricky for one to remember what was the d tails in the what novel." Alex had to give up at last after trying so hard.
Alex looked at the time on the phone which was 4:30 already.
'This was a really short notice mission. It would have been great if I had remembered the number of Arc for this phone but it's all my mistake.'
"I should be on way for getting there on time." Alex quickly picked some of the necessary things for this mission like monster detection crystal.
Alex was ready for this meeting and a little excited as well to meet him because he is may be able to observe things through the clone but it's like watching T.V.
Putting the Vege mite in the map application of the phone, Alex got to know that this place is on the walking distance of the 10 minutes. It was actually 17 minutes but he can walk a little faster to get their early as to create the dominance of being a senior in the team.
Walking to the entrance of vegemite, Alex can now see a figure of young man in long black coat with black mask on his face standing outside of the reception of that foodcouterbif food truck.
This view raised a slight smile in Alex's face as Arc has been even earlier than him. His face was also hidden in while mask.
"So, you have come early, I like that but that would not help you in fighting against the beast or threat." Alex walked from the back of Arc while saying this.
"Huh! So, you are team member that I have been told about. It's really great meeting you. My name is Rac and you." Arc at first got surprised at being called from back but he didn't let it disturb his expressions or emotions.
"So, you are lighting user. My name is Member J. You can call me Mr. J." Inside Alex was laughing with Arc being so less creation with choosing the hidden name.
'So, he just shuffled the letters in his name.'
"Are you ready to go on the beast hunting?"
"But, I have been told that it is just investigation mission. Is there a possibility of a best being there."
"What do you think we are? We are city hunter team and we only deal with the mission that have a possibility of being related to beast somehow. So, we prepare for every mission like we are going to face the beast. Be mentally prepared for it as you are now part of this team. Privilege of being a rare lightning user would not save you from beast. In his eyes we are all his enemies." Alex said these hard words because the Arc in front of him now is green to these things.

Arc looked down and seem to be hesitating after hearing this.
"Anyway, it's not that dangerous because there is only lowest class pawn beast inside the city. And my element is about the evasion so you can use my shield equipment on the mission. It will raise your combat ability quite a bit along the the safety." Saying this, Alex stretched his hand outward and disconnected the shield from his mind world.
With this appeared a shield in his hand. It was smaller than its original size.
"You know how to link the psychic equipment in you mind, right? It's very easy." Alex had already thought about giving this shield to Arc because he can't risk him dying to his interference in the plot and indirect change brought by the his actions.
"Isn't this thing very expensive and hard to get you hands on? Are you sure I can use this?" Arc was still refraining from getting it from Alex's hand.
"I am pretty sure." He forwarded his hand out.
Arc eventually understood that he can take this shield and he will return it after the end of mission. He was well aware of that his both elements are offensive types so defense and movement are his weaknesses.
They grabbed something to eat after Arc successfully linked the shield into his mind world which Alex had monitored very closely.
