The reason I haven't been posting many chapters is because of personal problems I'm going through. There are many, many of them.
Some of you who have been with me for a long time know that my mother passed away not long ago (2021), my grandfather is very ill, and now my cousin is also seriously ill.
I will try to post chapters daily starting this week. I hope I can manage it.

When I left the mansion, a woman appeared beside me. It was Riveria.
"Did you talk to her?" Riveria asked. She was probably referring to Ais. "What did she say?"
"She won't give up. We need to do something about this."
"Goddess… but why?" Riveria asked, confused. "Why are you doing this? Why do you hate him so much?"

"He's not someone trustworthy, that's all," I said, looking at her seriously.

I had seen Riveria reading that man's books before.
Still, even though she'd read his works and apparently liked them, she wasn't one of his admirers—and that's a good thing.

I don't want to put Riveria in danger. If he could do what he did to me—and mess with Ais's, Tiona's, and Tione's minds—he could definitely mess with Riveria's too.
"So what will we do, then?"
"I don't know yet," I said, staring at the horizon.
After that, we fell silent.
Minutes passed, and then the door behind me opened.
Ais and Tiona stepped out of the house.
As soon as they saw me and Riveria, they bowed slightly to greet us and began walking away.
Without thinking, I turned to Riveria.
"Riveria, follow them and keep them busy."
"Hm?"
"I know where they're going. Just keep the two of them occupied."
"But—"
"Just do it."

After Riveria went after them, I walked the other way.
I circled around the city and headed toward the Hestia Familia's home.
As I walked down the street, many people looked at me—of course they did.
But I ignored them.
Thankfully, no one dared to approach or bother me.
After walking with heavy steps for some time, I finally arrived in front of the Hestia Familia's house.
There were a few people standing outside—three of them, all holding books.

The three of them seemed startled by my presence and quickly backed away.
Once they were gone and I was alone, I called out to him.
"Luan!"
I only had to call his name once and wait a moment before the door opened. It was him.

I clicked my tongue again as he approached.
"Goddess Loki! I didn't expect to see you here."
Luan was covered in sweat, his shirt slightly transparent. I could see the outline of his muscles beneath it. I averted my eyes and said coldly:
"Stay away from her."
"Huh?" Luan tilted his head like an idiot. "Why don't you come in? We can have some tea while we talk. If you came all the way here, it must be about something important, right?"
"..."
"Don't worry—I'm home alone."
He emphasized the word alone and looked at me with a sensual gaze.
For some reason, my body grew hot again.
I took a few steps back, ready to leave—but he opened the gate and came closer.
When he touched my hand, I almost peed myself.
