ALEXIA P. O. V
"Come on A, don't be sluggish now" Clara said as she dragged me to the 5th store so far
"Clara this one's are already enough, I don't need much for just a day's party" I tried to reason
"Your right you don't need much "
' finally ' I thought
"You need all of them " and with that she went full mode picking basically anything, her hands could reach while still dragging me with her
' help me' l mouthed to Naomi
She just giggled and also pick her own
Why am l the only Normal one here? After 30 minutes of their spree we finally sat down
"Time for stage 2" Clara said
"What's stage 2?" I asked
Both of them just look at eachother and grinned like witches, l sunk into chair
"Next" they both said as l tried on the 4th one
"Too flashy "
"Too revealing" and so much more
Those were the kind of comments I was receiving till my eyes caught a beautiful red dress with a off shoulder design with roses then the front was bare but the edges was also covered with roses and the back of the dress was flowing all the way down.
"This one" I said
Clara and Naomi turned to my direction
"Are you sure" Clara asked
"Well there's only one way to find out" I said then went to try it on
"Oh my" Naomi exclaim
"Is gorgeous" Clara said
And l couldn't deny it, it was a perfect fit, my pale skin and dark hair made it even more alluring
"You look like a princess" Naomi said
"All hail princess Alexia" Clara joked and we all laughed
"Finally l'm free"I screamed when we were out of the mall
We were at a café eating, laughing and chatting when someone walked in, and immediately she sighted Clara she came running all huggy and kissy. She looks familiar
"Clara l didn't expect to see you here"
"Of course you wouldn't" I heard Clara mumbled
"What was that Clara honey?"
"Nothing"
"Clara dear, why not go to a much higher restaurant worth your status here seems like a poor people meet and greet"
"Well Julia, as you can see l'm hanging out with my friends and l can go anywhere l want it shouldn't have anything to do with you" Clara sneered
"Oh don't be like that, speaking of friends you haven't introduce us yet"
"Alexia, Naomi this is Julia, Julia, Alexia and Naomi now can you leave" Clara said rudely
Clara really didn't like this girl which is very unlikely because Clara is a free spirit she loves both old and young and sure sometimes she annoying she is also the very thing that always bring us together and she is very loyal
"Not so soon, Nice to meet you Alexia and Naomi so.... The three musketeers huh?" She said as she took a seat which nobody told her to
"I guess you could say that" Naomi said
"Huh so apart from running around like headless chicken and causing trouble, what else do you guys do"
This girl is going to be annoying and troublesome
"Well, we also know how to make people like you run away like scared little kittens crying to mummy" I spoke up
She turned to face me
"And you are Alexia"
"Got that right"
"I haven't heard of you before"
I don't like being in the public eye, everyone knows Clara as the rich retired billionaire only daughter and the dangerous duo sister while Naomi was also a billionaire daughter and also the only child but she doesn't seem to be that fond of her family. While l Alexia, my grandpa is the billionaire l was just an orphan he adopted
"Neither have I heard of you"
"You must be joking everyone knows me, Julia White the famous actress, daughter to Gabriel White "
"White? " I pretended to be interested
She looked so smugged
"In the flesh" she said proudly
"Doesn't ring a bell" I smirked
Clara and Naomi nearly choked in their smoothie from laughing while the so-called Julia face turned red
"You, you don't you know basic manners? of course not, someone of your class wouldn't be able to afford that?"
Did she just called me poor?
"At least is better than having a stick up my ass"
"You...
"Are you done ? Cause we were actually having a discussion before you came in and took a seat and which by the way no one asked you to" I said
*Scoff* "I was about leaving l wouldn't want to spend another second here anyway and Clara see you at home"
She smiled weirdly and left
"Now that was weird" Naomi
"And funny too" Clara added
"Who is she anyway and how do you guys know eachother?" I asked
"Julia is the daughter of one of my father closet friend and since when we have been toddlers she has always been handful, I remember when her father will bring her over she will always manage to spoil something and blame it on me and no one ever believe me" Clara clenched her hands on the table
"She has always been a manipulative Psycho and l hate her anywhere l am she always manage to convince other people to hate me and never believe me even my own family" her voice broke at the end
Me and Naomi held her hands
"We will always believe you" I comforted her
"Yeah we stick together, remember"
She smiled and wiped her tears
"How come we haven't heard of her before" Naomi asked
"Because she was away when we entered highschool I could finally breath fresh air with her gone"
"What does your brother's think of her?"
"Boys are dumb somehow she manages to wrap Asher around her fingers, she always throwing herself on him so much our families think they'll end up together"
At that l clench my hands, l knew l have seen her somewhere before she was the girl Asher was holding that day at the hospital
"Um A? Are you okay" Naomi asked worriedly
I didn't realize my face had darkened
"Um yeah... I'm fine, um.... I just remembered I had something to do"
"Why of a sudden?" Clara asked
"I always had somewhere to go is just that I was carried away"
"I thought you said you had something to do"
"That's ... What l said, see you guys"I basically pick up my stuff and ran out of there
"What's up with her" Naomi asked
"I don't know but then again that's Alexia for you" Clara
*Shrugged*" yeah you are probably right"
"Of course, l'm always am, now how did date go"
Naomi face turned red
Back at the car, l was beating myself up
' no Matter how much, why do l still think of him' I thought
' Clara and Naomi will probably think l'm weird now'
*1hr later*
"What happened girl, you basically ran out the café" Naomi said
I have forgotten the girls we having a sleepover at my place today so we all can prepare since tomorrow is my birthday
I scratched my head
"I forgot l turned the marcowave on before leaving the house so l came to turn it off"
"Wow, thank goodness nothing happened"
"Yeah....."
"So let's go over the invitation list," Clara said
Naomi and Clara both looked over the list l didn't have much interest cause l didn't really have much friends nor family members
"Ok everything is ready" Naomi said
"Is gonna be the best party of the year" Clara squealed
"Is just a day" I said
"You know Alexia sometimes l feel like l'm the one having this birthday not you"
"You think" I said
"Arrgh" I held my head in my hands as my headache came back again
"Is it the headaches?" They asked
"Yeah is now even more painful these past days is like my head is splitting into two not to mention the my unbearable toothache and the constant ringing in my ears, is too much" I gritted my teeth hoping for the pain to go away
"That's so weird, have you tried going for a checkup" Clara suggested
"I did 3 times in fact but each time they say nothing is wrong with me"
"Maybe you should rest early, come on let's get you to bed" I nodded
