Adam begins crawling his way towards Elise.
Adam(exhausted)-"Elise? Elise are you okay"
Elise lays silently on the ground.
Adam-"I told you that move was too dangerous, especially with your skill being evolved"
Adam(in his head)-"It was just a simple kick not even a magical attack and yet it hurt me this bad. I'm sure I have several broken bones I can feel it"
Adam-"We have to get out of here"
As Adam is crawling towards Elise the monster continues to burn from Elise's attack with Marigold purifying it from the dark magic.
Marigold-"The amount of dark mana in this thing is insane. It will take forever to purify it"
The blue flames begin to slowly dissipate as the monster begins to slowly stand back up.
Marigold-"Someone else attack it! I've only purified a little bit of it we can't let it get up yet"
Marigold(in her head)-"I just need someone to keep it down for a few minutes. Elise managed to knock it down for a little while. If the others could manage just a couple more attacks like that I could fully purify it"
The flames start dissipating and the monster's regeneration picks up speed. It uses one of its hands to start pushing off of the ground.
Marigold-"It's getting up! Someone else hit it now!"
The monster continues to slowly rise up with the blue flames getting smaller and smaller.
Marigold looks around at the rest of the group.
Marigold(in her head)-"Elise is unconscious and Adam is crawling on the ground. Julius is still trapped and Joe is trying to break him out"
Joe-"Break you stupid bubble"
Joe is still using his magic arrow to stab at the bubble that Julius is trapped inside of.
Marigold-"Joe shoot it now!"
Joe-"I have to get Julius out of here!"
Marigold-"You need to put as much damage on this thing as possible!"
Joe keeps aggressively stabbing the bubble while panicking.
Joe-"My arrows won't hurt that thing!"
The monster begins to stand up and raises its other arm. It begins creating a bubble of high density space in its palm.
Marigold-"It's getting up!"
Joe-"Marigold! Get out of there"
Marigold(in her head)-"The team is out of commission! What do I do? I can't fight this monster alone"
Marigold-"Holy water skill-"
Damion-"Dark skill: soul unbinding!"
Damion dashes in behind the monster and activates his skill.
Marigold-"Damion!?"
Marigold(in her head)-"I forgot, he has a regeneration ability"
Damion-"Let my brother go you monster! Let him out!"
Moments ago. Damion was knocked out from the attack.
Desmond-"Wake up"
Damion(in his head)-"Hello?"
Desmond-"Damion help me"
Damion(in his head)-"Desmond?"
Desmond(speaking faster)-"Help me, wake up, help, wake, help, wake, help, wake, help-"
Damion opens his eyes and lifts his head off of the ground. Upon looking forward he sees Desmond on the ground burning.
Damion(tired)-"Desmond what happened to-"
Damion blinks and his view changed from Desmond to the giant monster. He then sees Desmond's soul trapped inside of the monster. Damion clenches his teeth.
Damion(angry)-"What are you doing with him"
Damion places his hand to his chest.
Damion-"Dark skill: damage unbinding"
Damion heals his wounds and stands up.
Damion-"Dark skill: space unbinding"
Damion launches forward to the monster. He arrived right behind it as it's standing up about to attack Marigold.
Damion-"Dark skill: soul unbinding"
Damion places his hand on the monster and begins trying to pull his brother's soul it of it.
Damion-"Let my brother go you monster! Let him out!"
The monster screams in agony. Its scream shakes the entire tunnel system even causing trees in the forest above to begin falling over.
Marigold(in her head)-"That sound it's piercing my ears"
Damion-"Desmond! Get out of there!"
Desmond's soul begins phasing out of the monster's body. Before the soul is able to be pulled out dark mana spreads out and warps around the soul pulling it back inside. The monster stops screaming and stomps on the ground and swings its arm back.
Damion-"Dark skill: momentum unbinding"
The arms stops swinging as its speed is stollen away.
Damion-"I'll make you give him back! Dark skill: mana unbinding"
Damion uses another attack on the monster. Mana begins pouring out of it in every direction.
Marigold(in her head)-"My ears are ringing"
Marigold-"Now's my chance. Holy skill: purification"
Marigold uses her magic on the monster. Now it is simultaneously being drained of its power and being purified.
Marigold-"Damion's making it weaker, now my purification is sped up"
Damion-"You'll let him go! You hear me!? I don't care how much pain I have to put you through"
Marigold(in her head)-"I've never seen Damion this emotional, is it from hitting his head"
The monster begins clearly panicking. As a result it slams the ground fracturing it.
Marigold-"It destroyed the ground"
Suddenly, hundreds of the smaller plant monsters from earlier begin crawling out of the ground in a huge wave.
The monster lifts its head up staring directly at Damion who stares angrily back at it.
