Following the marking on the map by the Bishop, Wang Tao arrived at the first target location, Haiyue City.
This is a coastal city, economically developed with a large population before the apocalypse, and became one of the fastest to fall among major cities in the country afterward.
According to the Bishop, no effective rescue ever reached here; in just three days, it turned into a city of zombies. Therefore, there are a lot of zombies here, and they are very powerful, deterring survivors from venturing in.
The Bishop visited a few times but dared not delve deep, leaving after collecting some supplies. Hence, he wasn't very clear about the situation inside.
