What was a concept? Maybe something difficult to define, or maybe something simple. But no matter what the case was, it could be understood as an idea, an understanding, one built by the perception, sometimes objective, most of the time subjective, when science could only come later to offer a rationale, of living, intelligent beings.
That led to thinking about the fifth stage of evolution, the level standardized in the universe under the name of Conceptualization Stage. It was more a stage of fate and talent than of choice, unlike the level after the half a step that followed it, the Integration Stage, the sixth level of evolution.
The fateful and talented, at that level, could move away from the common materialization of energy, moving into having their energies carry ideas, instead of just mimicking the basic aspects of the world. And fate seemed to have decided to favor Jack, as something that had been stirring in him had moved.
