"The master has returned."
Someone announced briefly.
Nangong Ruyue snapped out of her daze but didn't look toward the tall man at the doorway.
"Ruyue, you made mooncakes?" Nangong Xu stepped forward and asked with a smile.
Nangong Ruyue ignored him completely, treating him like air.
Nangong Xu was already accustomed to her indifference. He sat beside her, his gaze drifting to the mooncakes.
"Why is there an extra one this year? Was it made for me?"
