Krystal Flack saw Basil Jaak coming out of the study room and stood up to leave Norberto Flack's villa.
"Jaak, my dad called you into the study for so long. What exactly did you guys talk about?" Krystal asked curiously while watching Basil drive.
"Nothing much, just asked about your sister's situation over there, and then asked if you would go with me," Basil said lightly as he drove.
"Oh, then how did you answer?" Krystal widened her eyes and tilted her head to ask.
"I said no matter what happens, I will take you with me. If Mr. Flack feels lonely here, he can come with us," Basil shrugged, helplessly saying, "However, your dad refused. He doesn't want to come with us, he just hoped you would visit him often when you have time."
"Oh!" Krystal didn't have deep feelings for Norberto Flack, but still felt a sense of reluctance when thinking about separating from him. Yet, for Basil, to be with him day and night, Krystal had no hesitation.
