To advance the pilot project for highway charging stations, the Energy Bureau brought together the major stakeholders involved for this meeting, including Tang Kai, the project's initiator.

Everyone was well-acquainted.
Among the central enterprises, many attendees had previously worked within the energy system, with some being former colleagues or having past superior-subordinate relationships. This familiarity was one of the foundational strengths giving the Energy Bureau confidence in executing the pilot program.
