The two little babies occasionally caused a ruckus, playing with their toys and making noise, intentionally disrupting the adults' conversation.
As noon approached, Rachel suddenly felt a pain in her stomach.
She nervously said to Julia, who was about to say goodbye and head home, "Julia, I think my stomach hurts a little."
Upon hearing this, Julia and Adele both grew anxious. Julia asked nervously, "Does it just feel like it hurts, or does it really hurt? Your due date is in the next few days, right? If it really hurts, it means the baby is coming."
Rachel Bailey wrinkled her small face and said, "It really hurts."
"Then the baby is coming! Quick, to the hospital! Oh, why isn't Hansen Ruiz back yet?" Julia hastily placed her son on the couch, stood up, supported Rachel, and said, "I'll take you to the hospital right away."
"Okay."
Rachel nodded. Her stomach ached intermittently, each pang sharper than the last.
It's really time.
