"Why don't we just wait until the Lord is back, these could give us a significant boost, especially if the Lord approves the construction of the town" Evander was conflicted, they had already expressed their stance, yet the benefits and resources were too much to out rightly say no to.
"No! I should send this to the Lord as soon as possible" and with that in mind, he wrote the letter and sent it on its way.
