As they approached her, she greeted them with a warm hug, her presence calming and reassuring.
" I heard you and Aeron are going on a mission with Lyam, " Katherine said, her voice laced with curiosity. Aeron and Starfania exchanged surprise glances, both of them taken aback.
" Hold on, how did you find out? We never mentioned it, " they said in unison. Katherine flashed an enigmatic grin, her eyes sparkling with mystery.
" I have my ways, " she said, her tone teasing but confident. Then Katherine turned her attention to Starfania and said, " Lyam told me I had to craft armor for two people. One was a young teenage boy with forest green hair and blue streaks, and the other was the recently chosen Dragon Savior–a girl with black and white hair. The moment he described you both, I knew exactly it was you guys. "
Hearing that, Lyam had spoken about Starfania, and Aeron caught them off guard. Starfania grinned at Katherine and said confidently, " Seems like he knew we were coming here. "
When she returned Starfania smiled and nodded. " Crafting armor for the Dragon Savior is a true honor. "
Katherine's expression grew more serious as she admitted, " I'll be honest–I had my doubts about your ability because of your age. But after seeing you stick up to Roman yesterday, those doubts vanished. Your courage and fearlessness in the face of that was admirable. "
Starfania felt a warm sense of pride swell within her at Katherine's words.
"Thank you," she replied, her voice steady. "I just did what I thought was right."
Aeron, listening closely, interjected, "It takes more than just age to show bravery. It's about the heart behind the action."
He looked at Starfania, wanting her to realize the strength she possessed. Katherine nodded, appreciating the support. "Exactly. But still, you're about to face challenges that will test you in ways you can't imagine. That's why this armor is so important. It's not just for protection; it represents the strength you hold inside."
Starfania exchanged glances with Aeron, their bond growing stronger with each moment.
"What kind of challenges are we talking about?" Starfania asked, her curiosity piqued. Katherine paused, deliberating her words. "There will be battles, yes. But there will also be choices that will define who you are. Courage isn't just about fighting; it's also about knowing when to stand your ground and when to seek allies."
With a determined look, Starfania said, "I understand, and I'm ready for whatever comes our way."
Aeron placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "We're in this together. No matter what happens, we'll face it side by side."
Katherine smiled, her demeanor softening. "That's what I like to hear. Now, let's get started with your armor. It needs to fit you perfectly, and I want it to reflect your spirit."
