This was once the family residence of David. It was set ablaze by a Dragon Breath just before his departure. Due to some sort of taboo, the Elves deliberately razed the ruins to the ground and built a plaza to commemorate this disgrace.
Following the disastrous defeat at Montero Coast, a group began to center their activities here. It consisted mainly of victims' families and Elven merchants who had suffered losses due to the increasing threat of the Blue Dragon Pirates. They repeatedly staged sit-in protests and openly advocated the 'Dragon Threat Theory'.
They hoped to draw more Elves' attention to this terrible threat from the Old Continent.
Only by making more Elves, especially the Noble Elves, aware of this, and by continuously pressing Her Majesty the Queen, could there be a chance to launch a war of revenge against the Dragons again.
