Wang Shuqiu might have arranged to meet her colleagues quite early. Du Heng wasn't even at work yet, and she had already arrived.
She tossed Du Heng the car keys, grabbed a large suitcase, and was ready to leave.
"Where are you all heading off to?" Du Heng asked casually as he waited with Wang Shuqiu for her ride.
Wang Shuqiu seemed very excited. "They said we're going to drive along the Qinghai-Tibet line, then head into Shuchuan for a tour, and finally return via Ganna."
Du Heng was surprised. "A road trip, huh?"
"Yeah, driving ourselves! We can go wherever we want and stop whenever we feel like it."
"How many of you are going?"
"Four. Don't worry, all four of us have driver's licenses."
Du Heng clicked his tongue twice.
A road trip... are they underestimating it? The Qinghai-Tibet line, no less. I bet after one day of driving, once the initial excitement wears off, none of them will want to touch the steering wheel.
"Should I give you a ride to meet them?"
