Aldana was a bit confused.
"Does he like Norris?"
Philip Shaw heard this and seemed to find the question amusing, giving a low chuckle.
Aldana lowered her head, lost in thought, and only after a while, she said, "I know Norris really likes a man named Trenton Smith."

Perhaps sensing her bad mood, Philip Shaw did not delay her too long. After she finished her drink, he waited for her to get off work and then drove her home.
The car stopped a hundred meters away from her doorstep, in the shade of the trees, and the man personally opened the car door to see her off.
He raised his hand and ruffled her hair, his tone gentle, "Rest well, I'll take you out in a few days."
Under the sparse moonlight, the man's expression appeared exceptionally gentle.
Aldana felt a little shy and took a step back, "I'm heading home now."
The man nodded slightly, "Mm, go on."
Aldana lifted her head to glance at him, then lowered it to turn and leave.
