Eiro lurged at me, his golden eyes cold.
I swung my crescent weapon. It was basically an ax, sword, and sickle rolled into one. It reminded me of Amelia's Palatine in its awakened form. Aventine's awakened form was a bigger sword more like Palatine's base form.
Eiro zipped around and swung the blunt part of his spear at me. His intent was clear: to catch me off guard with a non-lethal blow, taking advantage of any openings I left exposed.
I reacted instinctively, ducking just in time as the spear whizzed past me, barely missing my shoulder. "Nice try, buddy!" I called out, quickly pivoting to face him again, my sickle sword raised defensively.
Taking a deep breath, I made two more shadow clones of myself. Except these two had differences from me. One had white hair and blue eyes like me in my domain-enhanced form. The other mirrored my black hair but with striking golden eyes and naturally tanned skin.
