In less than half a year, Muria unified the entire Yinhwang world, just as he had originally planned. All battles and conflicts were contained at the higher levels, without affecting the lower tiers. Once he subdued all the legendary Yinhwang giants, forcing them to submit, the world was considered pacified.
And it was a complete pacification without any future concerns. The previous two Titan rulers had laid a solid foundation for Muria's rule. The Yinhwang giants didn't reject Titan rule; they even welcomed it. Muria's million-strong army of Yinhwang giants, which he led on what was essentially a military parade, further convinced many Yinhwang giants from the Nine Phoenix Dynasty to wholeheartedly follow Muria and fight for him.
...
"What do you want to do next, Muria?" When Muria returned to Synapse with a fierce aura after his conquests, Mikaela, who was resting there, came to find him.
"You know what I want, Mika." Muria approached her, embraced her, and gently touched her flat abdomen.
"For something like this, I suggest you consult your elders first. The impact is too significant."
"I know. I plan to ask. If it's not possible, I'll think of another way." Having missed Mikaela after being apart for just half a year, Muria had specifically returned to see her, but was now ready to head to the Titan Isles.
"Muria, are you planning to return to the Titan Isles? I'll go with you. It's the perfect chance to ask those elves why they still haven't delivered your World Tree leaf yet."
Upon hearing Muria's words, the golden dragoness, who had returned with him and was currently watching them lovingly, immediately chimed in.
"I'll deal with the elves after I handle the main issue," Muria nodded. "What belongs to me must be mine."
...
Titan Homeland
A spiritual figure, Casio, materialized and bowed slightly as Muria and the golden dragoness descended from the sky.
"Young Master Muria! Madam!"
"Casio! Take me to my grandfather's Wildlands," Muria said, suppressing a smile when he heard Casio refer to his mother as "madam."
"As you wish."
"Casio, what's with that title? Do I look old to you?" Unlike Muria, who suppressed his laughter, the golden dragoness made no effort to hide her displeasure. She hated being called old.
"It's a form of respect. Young Master Muria is now married, so it would be inappropriate to continue addressing you as 'madam' in the old way…"
Muria smiled as he listened to Casio explain to his mother and stepped into the teleportation array.
...
"Muria, have you reached the higher ranks of the Legendary tier? Not bad. Your speed puts you among the top even within the Titan clan." A Titan, seated among the mountains, slowly opened his eyes as the Thunderwolf Dragon brought Muria to him. He glanced at Muria briefly before a hint of approval appeared on his face.
Hearing this, Muria paused for a moment. Indeed, even in the Titan clan, his speed was just considered "among the top," not the fastest. There were other Titans who had broken through even faster.
This didn't surprise Muria. In a race where everyone reached Legendary status upon adulthood, it wasn't unusual for a few geniuses to surpass him in speed.
"Muria, why have you come here?" After the compliment, the Lord of the Wildlands, Archimonde, asked about Muria's reason for coming.
"There's something I need to ask you, Grandfather."
"What do you wish to ask?"
"You know, I was once hunted by an avatar of an evil god on the Synapse subcontinent. Now that I have enough power, I want to return the favor, to repay blood with blood."
"What do you plan to do?"
"I want to flatten the Synapse subcontinent and strip the evil gods of their foundation of faith."
"Hmm." The Lord of the Wildlands nodded, his expression unchanging, as if Muria was merely talking about something as mundane as eating or drinking.
"Can I do that?"
"Why wouldn't you be able to?" For the first time, the Lord of the Wildlands showed a hint of surprise, as if he didn't understand why Muria would ask such a question. "What are you worried about? The evil gods?"
"Destroying an entire subcontinent might have a large impact. Will it cause the gods to be concerned?" This was the question Muria had traveled to the Titan Isles to ask, even at the cost of disturbing his grandfather. The implications of flattening a subcontinent could be misinterpreted by the outside world as the Titans, Celestial Seraphim, and Dragons joining forces for some grand plan, which could make many forces uneasy. Muria didn't want to interfere with the plans of his race.
"Are you worried about the other gods? That's a pointless concern. Do what you want! You have no reason to hesitate."
"Understood."
"Go, do what you wish. The entire Titan clan stands behind you."
With a wave of his hand, the Lord of the Wildlands opened a spatial rift beneath Muria, causing him to fall through and reappear in the garden of the Titan homeland. There, he saw two familiar figures: Casio, explaining something, and the golden dragoness, still fuming.
As soon as Muria left the Wildlands, Archimonde looked to the sky and beckoned with his hand. Nearby mountains crumbled, and a double-edged battle axe, radiating fierce killing intent and malice, rose into the sky and landed in his grasp.
"Go! Keep an eye on those gods. If any of them dare make a move, cut them down," Archimonde whispered, before tossing the axe into the void. The weapon hummed, transforming into a crimson streak as it tore through space, finally appearing above the Synapse subcontinent, known as a haven for evil gods.
The axe released a terrifying aura that reached the heavens before it concealed all its power and faded into the void, as if it had never been there.
...
"One weapon won't be enough to deter them," Osiris, the Machine Emperor, muttered from within the Eternal Sky City as he watched the crimson streak flash across the sky.
The ground beneath the city trembled as a crack appeared. Amidst mechanical sounds, a small mechanical sky fortress emerged, filled with immense power. It trembled and vanished into the void, soon appearing above the Synapse subcontinent, where it quietly concealed itself.
...
Ulysses, the Lord of the Abyss, looked up at the sky, then wordlessly lowered his head. He grasped a red war halberd from a sea of molten lava and, like the others, threw it into the void.
...
With the Lord of the Wildlands leading the way, one after another, the epic Titans hurled their exclusive weapons, until the Master of Ten Dominions intervened, stopping further throws.
For Titans, their exclusive weapons were extensions of their bodies. In non-combat situations, these weapons represented the Titans themselves. Having these weapons above the haven of the evil gods was like having an epic Titan personally watching over the place.
...
"What do the Titans want? Can't they settle down for a while?"
"Are they going to make a move against the evil god haven?"
"Why target the evil god haven? Wasn't the fall of so many gods enough?"
The gods turned their attention to Synapse as epic weapons appeared above the subcontinent, each with its own response. None of them could ignore the fact that the epic Titans were too active in this era, making it an uneasy time for the gods.
...
"How did it go? Did you finish your discussion with your grandfather?" The golden dragoness, who had been arguing with Casio over how he addressed her, walked over to Muria as he returned to the garden.
"It's done."
"Good. Then let's go to the Eternal Isle of the elves."
...
"Artres, why are you here again?" A patrolling elder of the elves furrowed his brows and scowled when he encountered the golden dragoness with Muria.
"What? As a golden dragon, I'm not allowed to visit the elven lands?"
"We welcome other golden dragons, but you…"
"What about me?"
"Heh."
"Fine, I won't stoop to your level. I'm here to settle a score."
"What score?"
"My son Muria is now a Legendary Titan of the Seven Realms, but he hasn't received a single World Tree leaf from your elves. Don't you think you owe me an explanation?"
