I gripped the bronze sword tight and strode quickly toward the gate entrance.
Standing before the doorway, I felt my nerves getting the better of me.
Whether this door would break open depended entirely on the bronze sword I held.
"Hum!"
As I channeled my spiritual power into it, the bronze sword blazed with brilliant light. The entire blade seemed to come alive, shaking without stopping!
I let out a roar and swung the bronze sword straight at the door.
"Clang!"
The massive sound rang in my ears! The brutal kickback sent me stumbling backward several steps!
The bronze sword's tremendous force carved a shocking gash into the door!
"Finally, some progress!" My eyes lit up as hope sparked in my chest!
I raised the bronze sword and struck the door again.
The gate groaned, gaining another deep cut.
But apart from this fresh mark, the door showed no signs of giving way.
I refused to quit and gripped the bronze sword, hammering it over a dozen more times.
