The next two weeks were quite peaceful. There were no signs of war for a while because everyone was still recovering from the extreme cold. Their satellites didn't attack anyone either, at least for now.
They were also giving others a chance to live.
Although towns lived better than others, they still suffered. Besides, anyone who dared attack so closely after the disaster would be doing so out of desperation, not out of confidence in their strengths.
By this time, Phase 1, except for the big manually-constructed buildings and amenities, everything else had been built up. All the dormitories, midrise buildings, standalone houses, shop house streets, and so on, had already been erected.
In the new villa areas, the only buildings left for construction were the clubhouse and resorts, which used filtered water from the rivers or underground water sources.
Resorts, pools, and so on could not be absent in a fun-loving town!
