As Alex stepped through the gateway, her head spun, and she found herself in a spatial passageway. If she wanted to reach the trial's location she would have to walk through the spatial tunnel.
As such, she began walking. Due to the trials being in an entirely different dimension, Alex had to walk quite some distance before finally arriving in a... strange location.
The place she found herself in was a massive hallway that was made of a strange material that shimmered like gold, and it had electricity arcs flashing by. In front of her was a hunchbacked old man.
"My name is Perman, and I am the one tasked with defending these sacred trials. These trials are known as the 15 Trials of Lightning, and by completing them, you will be blessed by the lord Levelk himself. These trials are all incredibly difficult, and will test a myriad of things, and it's impossible to prepare for so don't bother, now go, shoo." The elder shooed her away.
Perman sighed, "I'm old, the future of our race lies in your hands now girl. I hope that you will succeed."
Alex walked down the corridor, and was faced with a single gate. It was 3 metres high, and built entirely out of glimmering, clear crystals. She calmly walked into the gate step by step before arriving into a gladiator arena.
Inside of the arena was a large horde of enemies. They were all level 31 chieftain ranked bosses, and there were hundreds of them.
"This is the first trial where you will fight 500 chieftain ranked bosses of the same level." Perman's hoarse voice rang out.

"Now let the Trial of Slaughter Begin!"
Alex composedly walked into the arena before breaking into a sprint, and a dash. She weaved through the enemies, easily dodging all of their attacks before countering. However, she simply couldn't find weak points. The monsters constantly bombarded her with magic so that she wouldn't be able to attack them.
She decided to try a newly obtained skill, [Thunder Slash]. She brandished her dagger before swinging it downwards in an arc against one of the chieftains.
A large arc of electricity exploded outwards from the dagger causing the boss to stagger.

Alex quickly realised that she was in an incredibly sticky situation. After all, she could only passively dodge, and was completely unable to attack for the time being. As such, her only choice was to activate the various skills that came with her equipment.
In a completely berserk state she became a monster, her aura alone scared the bosses, and as she raised her daggers high in the air, time seemed to stop for a moment before a powerful shockwave erupted around her sending all of the bosses flying.

The bosses were sent flying off their feet, and quite a few took a significant amount of damage, but there were hundreds, and they quickly got back on track to bombard her, but Alex was already gone.
After all, she was an assassin. Stealth was her forte. She hid among the bosses with [Stealth] before occasionally jumping out when she found an opening to whittle down the health of the bosses.
However, she knew that this wouldn't work long-term. After all, her stamina couldn't keep up.
