"Is that...a badger?"
Seth frowned softly, quickly taking direct control of a nearby puppet. He hooked its foot underneath the furry menace and punted it into the air as if he was trying to score a goal from across the field.
The black blur easily lifted into the air, its form becoming clearer as it was unable to fly and could only wiggle in the air as it reached its peak before starting to descend. In those moments Seth's question was answered quite easily as he got a much clearer look at the strange creature.
Yes, it was actually a badger. A honey badger, to be specific. But that's what was most confusing about it.
It wasn't a badger made out of honey, or one that had control over it in some strange way that would make Winnie the Pooh drool in envy. It wasn't even mutated in any visible way. It was simply... a normal honey badger.
