Rowan did not know how long he had spent observing and learning about Reality, accompanied by the sorrowful songs of the Sky Whales of Creation.
Upon this first barrier of space, he learned much about Reality. He understood that life as they knew it was only possible because of the mechanism that had been left behind by Eosah, even while she was dead.
The Primordials did not need to allow life to flourish or let the stars shine; they were content to wait inside a dead Reality for as long as possible for their final prey to arrive. Since the foundation of Reality was built upon caring for the life within, they allowed it to happen so they could gain benefits from it.
None of the acts of Creation he had assigned to Primordials were their own, which was shocking to Rowan. They had occupied it, tweaked it for their service, and collected all the worship and adoration from the masses.
