On the coffee table were two empty bottles of red wine. Chu Yao glanced over, "How many days' worth is that?"
"Two days."
"You haven't drunk much; is it because the mood wasn't right, or your sadness wasn't triggered?"
Chu Yao teased as she went to the wine cabinet. It was Miss Lu's private collection, some bottles you couldn't buy even if you had the money. She picked the most expensive one, grabbed two glasses, and on her way back, noticed an empty milk tea cup in the trash.
She sneered, "The kid's been here?"
"She was here."
"What do you even have to drink with her? You drink wine, she drinks milk. You two aren't on the same wavelength!"
Chu Yao filled a glass of red wine to the brim, leaving only half a fingernail's width to the top. She placed the glass in front of Lu Zhenzhen, shook the bottle with a good amount left, and decided against pouring it into a glass. Drinking in small sips was pointless, so she drank straight from the bottle.
"What about the kid?"
