'Does any of this look normal to you?' I asked him through my mind.
"..." Ryuk stayed silent.
"If I kill the leader, they will go out of control. We do not know if they are hiding more forces under the sea. We do not know if they have a Trump card. Neither do we know anything about their abilities, nor do we know about where the rest of them are. They could attack us from anywhere inside the sea. Those seagulls haven't even done anything. The way I see it, we are at a huge disadvantage. So, it would be better to capture the leader first." I explained loudly so that the others around me could listen to it.

At that moment, I will trap them in one spot, and you guys will group up with the others and kill them all. Leaving one or two alive to let them increase their numbers once again. After all, they are our food source." I said.

"Yes, maybe I will," I answered.

"I guess this is called 'Flashtime', right?" I asked Ryuk. " This is way cooler than I expected."
"You can have your fun later on. Focus on the current situation at hand," said Ryuk.
"Sir, yes, sir," I said.
I ran towards the shore and took out my guns. I targeted the seagulls that were surrounding the weasel as well as the seagull it was sitting on. The bullets were shot. However, they were extremely slow. Or... should I say that I was extremely fast.
"Is this how a speedster feels like? This is so boring." I said to myself. "...Can I limit my speed?"
"Try it." Ryuk encouraged me.
"But what if something goes wrong? Never mind, I will try it later on at the mansion." I said.
"Can I walk on water with this speed? If I can run on water fast enough, I can create a tsunami towards the sea. I can even create a cyclone with this speed." I imagined the possibilities of the powers I could obtain with this.
I was so immersed in my thoughts that I forgot to keep my surroundings in check.
"DUCK!" Ryuk shouted at me.
